About the Author

Malti Bhojwani is a Singapore-based author and executive coach with over two decades of experience supporting leaders and organisations through transformation. She works independently and in collaboration with global consulting firms, including McKinsey & Company through its leadership and change practice, Aberkyn.

She has been meditating for over fifteen years and attributes much of her growth and joy to this simple, consistent practice. Her work blends neuroscience, self-awareness, and grounded spirituality, with an emphasis on simplicity over ideology.
