Transformation doesn’t happen because people are given more information. It happens when they gain new awareness of themselves, of others and of the systems they are part of.
My work creates the conditions for that awareness to emerge. I bring together leadership development, systems thinking, psychology and contemplative practice to help leaders, teams and organisations navigate complexity with greater clarity, courage and humanity. While I draw on evidence-based frameworks such as Barrett’s Cultural Transformation Tools, Leadership Circle, Theory U and Adaptive Leadership, the work is never about applying a model. It’s about understanding the unique people, relationships and context in front of us.
Whether I’m partnering with an executive team shaping culture, supporting a leader through a pivotal transition or designing an immersive leadership experience, my intention is always the same: to create a space where people can think more deeply, speak more honestly and discover wiser ways of leading and living.
This work is delivered through MG & Associates, my boutique leadership and culture practice, alongside a trusted network of exceptional coaches and facilitators who share a commitment to meaningful, human-centred transformation.
Everything we do is guided by a simple belief, sustainable change begins within. When people lead with greater awareness, organisations naturally become places of greater trust, purpose and possibility.
Leadership is a team sport. Whether navigating growth, transformation or change, I partner with executive teams to deepen trust, strengthen alignment and create the conditions for honest conversations, better decisions and lasting impact.
Transformation begins with awareness. Coaching is an invitation to explore how you’re showing up, challenge what’s no longer serving you and create new possibilities for how you lead, live and relate.
In a world of constant change, leadership is less about having all the answers and more about expanding our awareness. Through leadership and culture journeys, often informed by evidence-based diagnostics, I help leaders and teams build trust, navigate complexity and create lasting, human-centred change.
Often the simplest conversations become the foundation for the strongest teams. A curated dining experience that helps leaders and teams build trust, deepen connection and discover the human stories behind the roles.
For more than two decades, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside people through some of the most defining moments of their lives and work, from leading organisational transformation and navigating uncertainty to strengthening relationships, rediscovering purpose and growing into the leader they are becoming.
My role isn’t to provide all the answers. It’s to create the kind of space where people can think more clearly, speak more honestly and see themselves, others and the systems they are part of with fresh eyes. It’s often in those moments of deeper awareness that meaningful and lasting change begins.
Everything I do is guided by a simple belief: the strongest leaders and healthiest cultures are built not on fear, but on trust, presence and the quiet confidence that we are already enough to begin
