Culture Transformation
Organizations don’t transform, people do, leadership development is about taking ownership for our own behaviours and how we respond to our surroundings. True transformation as opposed to change is irreversible and emerges from the innate structure of the organism (organization) Immersing ourselves in deep self-awareness journeys so we first define an aspiration, identify the behaviours that would be required to get there and practicing personal ownership on making these mindset shifts on an individual level is the only way to mobilize an entire organization to transform.
Leadership Coaching
Leadership in these adaptive times requires us to be able to build the bridge as we walk on it – situations are ambiguous and uncertain – leaders need to become more self-aware so they can self-regulate, collaborate, take ownership and build trust to deliver on an organizations’ goals. Coaching offers the leader an opportunity to bare their souls to a compassionate listener, who can offer honest feedback creating the opportunity to expand the observer that we are – when we can see from “new-eyes” previously invisible pathways emerge and we can make new choices.
Team Alignment
Whether you are a part of the top team of an Organization or a Local Business Unit, the management team of a region or a Functional team, without an aligned aspiration/vision, collaboration and teamwork can be challenging. Without Trust as a foundation, healthy honest discussions will be missing, Accountability always “passed-over” & commitments pseudo and hence results mediocre at best. Investing the time to truly build a strong, aligned and effective team will be the “slowing down” required in order to speed up. With a shared & common vision, results become attainable.
Values & Purpose Development
Values are the energetic drivers of our aspiration and intentions. When the goal and purpose is clear, we need to carefully select the values, mindset and behaviours that will get you there – People need to be able to bring their “whole-selves” to work and not just be “brain-taxis” to keep engagement, collaboration and efficiency high. (Re) connecting with our personal “why” lights up the inner radiance that can act as a compass we can follow especially when challenging situations, having to make choices between two good options. Having an inspiring purpose, articulated values and a manifesto of behaviours makes it clear for people to live them
