I design, facilitate and coach programs for corporations often supporting senior leadership teams in their cultural transformation journeys where we define the challenge, the aspiration, the behavior and mindsets that need to shift to get there.
 
I began my career in transformation over 2 decades ago first with one-on-one virtual coaching sessions and writing short publications, this led to my first book and being invited to facilitate sessions and speak in organizations on a range of topics related to self-awareness, transformation and change.
 
My latest program was a complete Organizational Culture Transformation Journey with a top financial services company in Singapore having personally delivered over 80 workshops supporting the top team and all the way through the organization to define their culture, select their values align, embed and personalize then and co-create their company purpose statement – using the Barrett’s Values Survey as a baseline to measure the “intangibles“.  I also transformed face-to-face workshops into virtual learning programs to continue to support these teams and organizations in these times.
 
Before diving into personal development I had hands-on experience in business as a buyer for a department store and distributor of home and giftware, involved in procurement from India and China, including managing factoring, 3PL logistics and branding
 
I am a Senior Affiliate Advisor to McKinsey where I am mostly client-facing and faculty on internal leadership development programs in “Firm Learning” I am a coach for The Mind Gym as well where we deliver unique 90-minute work-outs based on science and research and a consultant of the Barrett’s Values Assessment tools which I use for individuals and organizations.

Ontological coaching as taught by Newfield

is one of the most effective methodologies for transformation available today—both for personal  and organizational transformation. The word ontology is the branch of philosophy dealing with being in general. One way we define ontological coaching is a practice that facilitates the emergence of new possibilities in the personal and/or professional life of an individual (or group) by making them aware of their participation in the construction and co-creation of the reality they perceives, support them in a complete shift of root-perspective.
