According to Gallup, employees who feel disconnected or unsafe at work are 37% more likely to be absent, 18% less productive, and contribute to 15% lower profitability.

Put simply, that’s a 34% loss per salary, or $3,400 for every $10,000 earned.

Your most experienced. Your highest paid. Your decision-makers. Your role models.  That’s not just expensive. That’s existential.

So maybe culture isn’t so “soft” after all, huh?
