Malti Bhojwani is a Singaporean professional life coach, self-awareness author, and facilitator of transformation with more than two decades of experience in personal development. Over the years, she has supported senior executives, CEOs, leadership teams, and individuals across the world as they navigate change, embrace authenticity, and step into their highest potential.
Guided by her belief that “If I can support people in making that shift from Fear to Love, to integrate Soul and Ego and realise that life is meant to be enjoyed not merely endured or survived, then I will be living my purpose”, Malti is passionate about creating spaces where transformation becomes possible. Her work extends beyond training, she is known for holding deep, authentic, and courageous spaces that enable leaders to shed old patterns, expand awareness, and embody values-driven leadership.
She has designed and facilitated immersive retreats such as Live Your Purpose and transformational leadership journeys across Asia, Australia, and Europe. Malti also collaborates with McKinsey & Company as a senior affiliate advisor in their Culture & Leadership practice, guiding organizations through large-scale transformations of both mindset and behaviour.
She is the founder of the International Facilitator of Transformation Association (IFTA), a forthcoming global body dedicated to elevating and credentialing the profession of transformational facilitation.
Malti’s books, including Don’t Think of a Blue Ball, The Mind Spa – Ignite Your Inner Life Coach, Thankfulness, Appreciation, Gratitude, and Mastering Your Life, have been internationally acclaimed, with some translated into Indonesian, celebrated for their candid storytelling and practical wisdom. She continues to share meditation and mini-practices online, and her perspectives have been featured in the Times of India, CNBC India, Australian TV, and Singapore radio.
Earlier in her career, Malti worked in business as a senior buyer, business development manager, and certified gemmologist, before devoting her life to transformation. Having lived in Indonesia, Australia, and India, she now resides in Singapore with her husband. She is also a proud mother to Drishti, a novelist and educator in Australia. Recently, she has even embraced learning piano, reminding herself and others that transformation includes joy and play.
